Signalling for Roaming Training, WAS#7 Dubai

This is an unmissable Training Session at WAS#7 as not everyone is completely au fait with how Signalling works and why there are sometimes issues with message flows and its implications for Roaming and Roaming management.

From understanding how and why things can go wrong or affect the quality of service to how the whole ecosystem is glued together. From missing steering targets to anti-steering issues to missing CDRs and CSFB you’ll get to understand the how and why.

Trainees have requested new sessions for their colleagues, so we are bringing the training to WAS#7 so everyone gets the opportunity to understand it more. While some know the ins and outs, the joining up of all the various dots help build a better picture and help you do your job better.

Steve DeVries is Head of Cellusys Training & Development and is dedicated to training both our customers and staff about everything signalling. With over 25 years of experience in Signalling Training and nearly 40 in Telecoms, there are few who understand the interworkings of the whole ecosystem so well.

The agenda will include:

  • Architecture – a brief history and then 1G through 4G
  • Protocols – SS7 & Diameter, MAP, Camel, CSFB, VoLTE including sample call flows
  • Roaming – architectures, call flows and vulnerabilities
  • Security – vulnerabilities and what to look for
  • Roaming Hubs,
  • SMS, OTA vs. Signalling vs. Hybrid Steering
  • Why security is important

Its available to everyone (subject to space limitations) on a first come, first served basis. So, it would be wise reserve your seat early by simply emailing Craig Allen at craig@cellusys.com

Looking forward to seeing you there.
