Embedding AI at the Core of Intelligent Telecom Networks
In an industry that is evolving faster than ever, Artificial Intelligence is rapidly reshaping how telecom networks are monitored, secured and operated in real time. At Cellusys, we have always believed that leading means more than just keeping pace with innovation. It means implementing intelligent systems in live environments and validating them before broad release. Our commitment to AI reflects that philosophy.
As a trusted partner to the telecom industry, we have been embedding AI directly into our core platforms. Our approach to AI for telecom operators focuses on fraud prevention, signalling firewall intelligence, operational automation and multi-protocol correlation. From enhancing telecom security to improving system usability and accelerating fraud detection, Cellusys is building more intelligent, responsive and operationally efficient network environments. Our focus is not only on automation, but on enabling faster decision-making, deeper operational visibility and seamless integration across the telecom ecosystem through an API-first architecture.
Embedding AI in Live Network Operations
Cellusys has been actively designing and deploying AI capabilities across live network environments. Our objective is to build networks that are not only secure, but intelligent and easier to operate. AI within Cellusys solutions enhances investigation workflows, accelerates fraud detection, improves SMS A2P bypass visibility and reduces operational friction for engineering teams. We focus on applying AI where it delivers measurable operational advantage, particularly in speed, accuracy and usability.
ANNA, the Agentic Network Node Assistant, was designed and built by Cellusys and deployed within ZARIOT to automate troubleshooting and cross-system investigation and ticket handling. ZARIOT operates with the full Cellusys stack, including roaming monitoring, steering, routing optimisation and firewall protection. ANNA acts as an orchestration layer across these systems, correlating signalling intelligence across multiple protocols and assisting engineers in resolving issues faster.
This live deployment environment allows us to validate AI-driven operational intelligence before extending these capabilities to our broader customer base.
These learnings directly inform how AI is being embedded across our signalling firewall, SMS firewall and roaming intelligence platforms.
Accelerating Telecom Fraud Detection and Signalling Intelligence
Security remains core to Cellusys platforms, and AI now extends that capability into broader operational intelligence. As the digital landscape evolves, so do the threats that telecom operators face. Humans are unable to detect fraud in an environment where a few thousand transactions out of billions are anomalous. This capability strengthens fraud detection by significantly accelerating identification and response.
Fraud Detection
Telecom operators face increasing exposure to fraud With AI-driven telecom fraud prevention embedded within our Signalling. Voice and SMS Firewall systems, threats are identified significantly faster than manual investigation. In fraud scenarios, speed of detection is critical. AI materially shortens the time window in which financial and operational damage can occur.
Network Optimisation
Operators must continuously optimise network performance while managing large volumes of signalling data. AI enhances signalling firewall intelligence and enables multi-protocol correlation, allowing faster root cause identification and more informed routing decisions.
Beyond detection and optimisation, our platforms are designed with an Model Context Protocol-ready architecture aligned with emerging MCP standards. This ensures that intelligence generated within Cellusys systems can be shared across an operator’s existing AI agents. Whether feeding external analytics tools, compliance systems or orchestration layers, our open integration model allows AI insights to extend beyond a single platform and contribute to a broader intelligent network strategy.
Operational Efficiency and Revenue Protection Through Intelligent Automation
AI is not simply an automation layer. When embedded within signalling analysis, fraud detection and operational workflows, it reduces financial exposure, shortens investigation cycles and improves network decision-making.
Operational Efficiency
Solutions such as ANNA streamline complex troubleshooting tasks and cross-platform investigations. By automating correlation and contextual analysis, engineering teams can resolve incidents faster and reduce operational overhead.
Compliance and Regulatory Support
Telecom operators operate under increasing regulatory pressure. AI supports faster data analysis and structured reporting, reducing the time and complexity associated with compliance workflows while strengthening audit readiness.
AI strengthens fraud prevention, accelerates investigation workflows and enhances signalling intelligence across live network environments.
Roadmap: Building Intelligent and Orchestrated Network Platforms
We are not introducing AI as a feature. We are embedding it as a foundational layer within intelligent telecom network operations. Our roadmap continues to focus on strengthening fraud detection, improving usability, expanding orchestration capabilities and enhancing cross-platform intelligence.
Our Rocco Innovator 2026 entry with ANA reflects this direction, applying AI-driven orchestration across signalling, roaming and firewall intelligence in live network environments.

Let’s Continue the Technical Conversation
AI is becoming foundational to modern telecom networks, and Cellusys is actively implementing it across live environments today. We work with operators as a technical advisor, assessing where AI enhances signalling intelligence and how it integrates safely into existing network architectures. Our focus is on controlled deployment that strengthens performance and resilience without disrupting live operations.
If you are strengthening fraud prevention, signalling intelligence or roaming optimisation within your network, we welcome the conversation. AI is a critical part of that process.
