The WAS conference is a bi-annual event organized by the GSMA Wholesale Agreements and Solutions Group and attended by professionals from mobile network operators, telecommunication companies, technology vendors, and other stakeholders in the industry. The conference provides a platform for participants to discuss and collaborate on various topics related to the development of roaming and interconnection agreements, as well as solutions related to billing, quality of service, and other wholesale aspects of the telecommunications industry.
